Equipped with HD SmarTV, WiFi, microwave, refrigerator, some eating and cooking utensils, large walk in shower, two window A/C units and recently installed 20 gallon water heater. Includes 1 bedroom with double bed and a writing desk and dining table with two chairs.
$100 refundable security/cleaning/damage deposit and 1st week’s rent due upon check in. Security/damage deposit will be refunded (less $60 cleaning fee) with no less than one weeks notice of intent to vacate and no damaged or missing items or excessive cleaning required. Additional pet deposit required if Fido will be staying with you.
The RV is situated in a quiet, comfortable space within our RV park with parking space for two vehicles. RV guests have full access to all of the amenities of the property including use of the pay per use laundry facility, charcoal grill, covered and uncovered fire pit sitting areas and dog friendly fenced in courtyard with pond.
This camper can also be reserved at affordable nightly rates. Please call for more info. Housekeeping service can be provided once weekly upon request for stays longer than one week.
All of our guests have access to on-site laundry.
