Comfort for Families or Small Groups
The Li’l Farmhouse offers cozy and comfortable accommodations for up to four guests. Sleeping accommodations include a queen sized bed in the bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa and twin sized bed located within the living room area.
The Li’l Farmhouse includes a 3/4 bathroom, a small kitchen with four burner electric stove top and the kitchen is fully stocked with a side by side refrigerator with ice maker, dishware, utensils, glassware, pots and pans, large toaster oven as well as a small dining table and two flat panel Smart HDTV’s with satellite service available. High speed Wifi is complimentary to all guests residing at Vara Guest House.
The Li’l Farmhouse also features two AC window units and two oil filled electric space heaters, a stackable washer/dryer and an outdoor covered sitting area.
All of our units are strictly non-smoking indoors but outdoor smoking is allowed as long as the front entry door is closed and cigarette butts are put away in a safe manner and placed within a fire proof container.
