Fully stocked kitchen complete with stove/oven, full sized fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and whole house water softener system with R/O water access. Private fenced in courtyard complete with outdoor furniture and propane grill and a two person hot tub. The apartment has a Smart TV in the bedroom and also the living room. Access to high speed internet is provided as well as a pay per use laundry center.
Well socialized and potty trained dogs are welcome to join you as there are two dog doors available that lead to fenced in outdoor areas. (Pet security deposit required and an additional $10 fee per pet – per night)
There is a maximum occupancy of four within the Wine Down Cottage.
